Ms. Ferrón is a Pharmaceutical Chemist graduated from the University of the Republic of Uruguay (UDELAR).

Ms. Ferrón has worked in different recognized laboratories in Uruguay, including ICU-VITA S.A., as Production Supervisor (Parenteral) from 2004-2012; as well as in the company Fármaco Uruguayo from 2012 to 2020, where she held the position of Head of Production.

Ph.Ch. Micaela Ferrón is an accredited specialist in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic formulation industry, backed by solid technical, regulatory and practical knowledge.

Mrs. Ferrón currently leads the operations of Farmatec Uruguay S.A. with scientific strictness and quality oriented management.
